How does a return work?

If you are not satisfied with a helmet purchased from us, you can use your 1 month right of withdrawal.

Upon arrival of your return shipment in our logistics center, your return shipment will be checked and processed. Please note that this process may take a few days.

For refunds of orders with the payment method in advance, the amount will be refunded to your checking account. Please inform us about your bank details (account holder, IBAN and BIC).

For orders by credit card and Paypal, the corresponding amount will be returned to your Paypal account.

With credit card purchase, purchase of invoice, as well as direct debit the reimbursement takes place by the service partner Paypal (Paypal Plus).

2. Pack the item (s) carefully, preferably in its original packaging.
3. Print out the return label and visibly stick it on the package.

 

What happens if the helmet does not fit or I want to exchange it?
If you would like the helmet in a different size, color or model, please contact us to get a return label. Afterwards, you place a new order directly in our online shop to receive the new article.
